Amends Arkansas Code § 6-13-617 to simplify the oath certification process for school board directors by removing the county clerk's formal acceptance/rejection review procedure

Requires school board directors to subscribe to their oath within 10 days of receiving notice of election or appointment, with certification submitted to the county clerk within the same 10-day window

Eliminates the previous requirement for county clerks to verify oath administration compliance and formally accept or reject certifications before commissioning directors

Directors are now immediately commissioned upon receipt of the oath certification, and must immediately assume their duties

Failure to complete the oath requirements results in the individual not being qualified to serve under Arkansas Constitution Article 19, § 5, triggering a holdover situation
