Municipal improvement district boards must allow public comment on any agenda item before taking action at special or regular meetings

Districts must meet at least quarterly (four times per year) in each quarter of the calendar year

Meeting notices must be sent to all record property owners no more than 30 days and no less than 10 days before the meeting date

District boards must provide the meeting agenda to record property owners along with the required meeting notice
