National motto displays must be at least 11" x 14", include the U.S. flag and Arkansas state flag, and feature the motto as the central focus in large font

Ten Commandments displays must be at least 16" x 20" with text legible from anywhere in the room, using a specific prescribed version of the commandments

Displays must be funded through voluntary contributions or donations, though public funds may be used to replace non-compliant displays

Institutions with unneeded copies must donate them to other covered institutions; approved April 14, 2025 as Act 573
