Expands which judicial candidates may use their office title as a prefix on the ballot from only circuit judge and district judge candidates to all nonpartisan judicial office candidates

Allows candidates currently serving in any nonpartisan judicial office (previously limited to circuit or district judge) as an appointee for at least 12 months to use the office title on the ballot

Adds a new provision permitting candidates who have previously served in a nonpartisan judicial office to use that title as a ballot prefix

Retains existing rule that elected incumbents who won the last election for their judicial office may continue using the office title on the ballot
