Requires insurers to disclose the monetary amount of percentage-based deductibles on owner-occupied residential property insurance policies on the declaration page or renewal notice, excluding earthquake losses

Mandates that all deductibles included in owner-occupied residential property insurance policies be disclosed in a clear and conspicuous manner on the declaration page or renewal notice

Requires policies with separate deductible levels by peril to display those amounts together with the all other peril deductible on the declaration page or renewal notice

Amends Arkansas Code § 23-79-168 and adds new section 23-79-169 to Title 23, Chapter 79, Subchapter 1
