Records of delinquency adjudications for violent felonies (as defined under § 5-4-501) must be retained for 10 years after the last adjudication or adult guilty plea/finding, after which they may be expunged

Records of all other (non-violent) delinquency adjudications shall be expunged upon the individual's twenty-first birthday

Redefines "expunge" to mean "seal" (as defined in § 16-90-1404) rather than "destroy"

Removes the previous requirement for courts to automatically expunge all juvenile records at age 21 for dependency-neglect or families in need of services cases
