Appropriates $1,518,046 from the State Central Services Fund for the Office of the Prosecutor Coordinator's personal services and operating expenses, including $949,957 for regular salaries and authorization for 12 employees

Allocates $70,660 from the Law Enforcement and Prosecutor Drug Enforcement Training Fund for law enforcement and prosecutorial training programs

Provides $88,881 in federal funds for student loan repayment reimbursements to eligible state and federal public defenders and deputy prosecuting attorneys (JRJ Loan Repayment program)

Appropriates $606,461 for the "Paws for Justice" program, funding 6 certified facility dog handler positions and associated operating expenses including $63,564 for conference and travel

Takes effect July 1, 2025 under an emergency clause; approved April 18, 2025
