Creates new criminal offense of "automated teller machine impairment" under Arkansas Code Title 5, Chapter 38, Subchapter 2

Defines automated teller machine as any electronic device in Arkansas that accepts or dispenses cash in connection with financial transactions or credit cards, including customer-bank communication terminals

Offense occurs when a person purposely removes an ATM or causes impairment or interruption of its use, in whole or in part

Classified as a Class D felony
