Requires refund of all mandated costs and fees paid by defendants in criminal cases upon acquittal, dismissal, or entry of nolle prosequi

Defines "mandated costs and fees" broadly to include court filing costs, service fees, ignition interlock device fees, pretrial supervision costs, and ankle monitor fees

Applies to any sum required to be paid by a defendant associated with being subject to prosecution

For cases with multiple charges, only fees specifically associated with acquitted or dismissed charges must be refunded if the defendant is convicted on remaining charges

Adds new section 16-92-107 to Arkansas Code Title 16, Chapter 92, Subchapter 1
