Defines "poultry integrator" as a company that owns poultry throughout the growing process by supplying food, medicine, or other needs under contract with a grower

Prohibits poultry integrators from failing to disclose material business health facts to growers, requiring costly capital improvements without adequate contract assurance, failing to care for poultry if going out of business, and committing deceptive trade practices

Classifies violations as a Class B felony upon conviction when the integrator knowingly engages in prohibited conduct

Allows injured growers to file civil actions for damages and recover damages, fees, costs, and reasonable attorney's fees
