Employers with more than 10 employees must provide itemized pay statements to workers under age 18 at the time wages are paid

Required statement information includes: pay basis (hours/days worked), rate(s) of pay, gross pay, and all deductions for the pay period

Defines a minor as any person under 18 years of age for purposes of this requirement

Amends Arkansas Code § 11-4-217, which already requires employers to maintain employee records for at least 3 years
