Creates new criminal offense under Arkansas Code 5-60-126 for threatening harm upon financial institution employees while they are performing their job duties

Defines "financial institution employee" as workers at state or national banks, trust companies, savings and loan associations, credit unions, and mortgage loan lenders

Requires conduct that manifests "extreme indifference to the safety" of the employee and purposely threatens or creates potential danger to them

Classifies the offense as a Class B misdemeanor

Preserves existing legal requirements for juvenile case transfers to adult court and defendant fitness-to-proceed determinations
