Eliminates interlocutory decrees of adoption from Arkansas law, requiring only final decrees of adoption going forward

Amends multiple sections of the Revised Uniform Adoption Act (Arkansas Code § 9-9-104 through § 9-9-220) to remove references to interlocutory decrees throughout the adoption process

Child support obligations now terminate upon entry of a final decree of adoption rather than an interlocutory decree

Medical insurance coverage for adopted minors now begins from the date of the final decree of adoption instead of the interlocutory decree

Preserves validity of any interlocutory decrees entered before the act's effective date (approved April 17, 2025)
