Extends the Arkansas Public Service Commission's deadline to review annual update filings from 60 days to 90 days for both electric public utilities and electric cooperatives under the Generating Arkansas Jobs Act of 2025

Changes the standard for commission approval of rider rate schedules from "in the public interest" to compliance with "the provisions of this section" for electric distribution and generation/transmission cooperatives

Corrects an engrossing error discovered in Acts 2025, No. 373, which authorized significant investment in electric and natural gas utility infrastructure for economic development

Declares an emergency, making the act effective immediately upon the Governor's approval on April 17, 2025
