Amends Arkansas Code § 16-93-307 to add a new exception for where probation or suspension revocation proceedings may be held

Allows revocation proceedings to be brought in a different county when a defendant on probation or suspended sentence is arrested and charged with a felony involving violence under § 5-4-501(d)(2)

Requires written consent from the original court that placed the defendant on probation or suspended sentence before proceedings can be transferred to the county where the new violent felony was charged

Applies specifically to situations where the new felony charge is filed in a different county or judicial district than where the defendant's probation or suspension originated
