Increases the required notice period to insurance agents from 30 days to 60 days before the effective date when an insurer raises premiums by 25% or more on renewal policies

Extends the required notice period to insured policyholders from 10 days to 30 days before the effective date for premium increases of 25% or greater

Applies to renewal policies issued for terms of 12 months or less
