Appropriates $12,580,661 for Official Court Reporters of Circuit Courts, funding 127 positions with $8,335,221 in regular salaries plus $600,000 for indigent transcripts and $375,000 for substitutes

Appropriates $4,618,100 for reimbursement of full-time juvenile probation and intake officer salaries in accordance with Arkansas Code 16-13-327 and 16-13-328

Appropriates $1,073,683 for 13 Drug Court Juvenile Probation & Intake Officers, including $87,500 for risk assessment and behavioral screening expenses

Includes emergency clause making the act effective July 1, 2025 for fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, with all funds payable from the State Central Services Fund
