Requires school districts to post agendas for regular board meetings on their website no later than 24 hours before each meeting

Requires agendas for special or emergency board meetings to be posted no later than 2 hours before each meeting

Mandates publication of names and email addresses of all school board members, including their positions (if zoned) and terms of office

Amends Arkansas Code § 6-11-129(a)(1) to expand existing website transparency requirements for school district boards of directors
