Appropriates $14,885,854 from the State Central Services Fund for Statewide Shared Services operations, including $9,055,074 for regular salaries supporting 168 maximum employees

Allocates $90,579,230 for the Division of Information Systems operations, with $59,702,882 designated for telecommunication/technology delivery and authorization for 194 regular employees plus 18 extra help positions

Provides $27,654,738 for Building Authority Division building maintenance, including $6,500,000 for critical maintenance, $5,002,186 for debt service, and staffing for 33 regular employees

Appropriates $134,908,494 for Office of Property Risk operations, including $50,000,000 for claims and $80,750,000 for operating expenses, plus $75,000,000 for reserve sub-fund investments

Contains emergency clause making the act effective July 1, 2025, and includes special language provisions authorizing various fund transfers between Building Authority Division accounts and Division of Information Systems funds with Legislative Council approval
