New all-terrain vehicle (ATV) and low speed vehicle dealers are no longer required to have dedicated service and parts areas inside their business location or perform repair and warranty services on-site

Dealers must either provide service directly or give purchasers the name of a service provider within 40 miles that will service the vehicle

Dealers must provide a warranty or manufacturer's warranty and coordinate with a warranty service provider within 40 miles to honor that warranty

Service and warranty provider information must be submitted annually to the Arkansas Motor Vehicle Commission during license renewal and provided to each purchaser at time of sale

Applies to all currently licensed ATV and low speed vehicle dealers as well as new license applicants; approved March 4, 2025
