Physician assistants may now delegate medical practices to qualified, properly trained unlicensed employees, a power previously limited to physicians only

The delegating physician assistant remains legally responsible for the acts of the employee performing the delegated practice

Delegated drug administration must occur within the physical boundaries of the office where the physician or physician assistant practices

Employees receiving delegated tasks cannot be represented to the public as licensed healthcare providers
