Arkansas Senate Resolution 31 formally recognizes Peyton Bolling of Rogers, Arkansas, as Miss America's Teen 2025, the first Arkansas contestant to win this title, awarded January 4, 2025 in Orlando, Florida

Peyton Bolling is an 18-year-old senior at Bentonville High School with a 4.2 GPA, serving as All Student Body Vice President and recognized as an AP National Scholar with Distinction

She served as a United States Senate Page in 2023 for five months, which inspired her to create "Civics in Motion," an initiative promoting government engagement and civic education

She hosts "Glimpses in Government," an Instagram series interviewing civic leaders, and has partnered with organizations including the Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation, Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce, and Best Buddies International

Upon adoption, a copy of the resolution will be presented to Peyton Bolling by the Secretary of the Senate
