Designates Monday, February 3, 2025, as "Links Legislative Day" at the Arkansas State Capitol to honor The Links, Incorporated

The Links, Incorporated is an international nonprofit founded in 1946 with over 17,000 professional women of African descent across 299 chapters in 41 states, DC, the Bahamas, and the United Kingdom

Members contribute over 1,000,000 service hours annually and have donated $1 million grants to organizations including St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, the Smithsonian's National Museum of African American History and Culture, and UNCF

Arkansas has three chapters (Little Rock founded 1956, Pine Bluff founded 1969, Northwest Arkansas founded 2018) that have donated over $200,000 in scholarships to African American female high school seniors and $200,000 to four historically Black colleges and universities in Arkansas

The organization's legislative advocacy priorities include health, economic stability, civil and voting rights, and criminal justice and public safety
