AZ HB2015

Amends Arizona law to allow justification for threatening or using deadly physical force if a person would be justified in using physical force under section 13-404 or defensively displaying a firearm under section 13-421.

Modifies the standard for deadly physical force to require that a reasonable person would believe such force is immediately necessary to protect against another's use or attempted use of unlawful deadly physical force.

Expands the domestic violence justification statute to include section 13-421 when determining the state of mind of a reasonable person in domestic violence cases involving past acts of abuse.

Creates a new provision allowing defensive firearm display as a justification standard alongside traditional physical force justification.
