AZ HB2019

Requires each member of the Arizona legislature to vote on all roll call votes for third reading and final passage of bills, memorials, and resolutions, unless they have a personal financial interest or are excused by chamber rules or leadership.

Imposes a financial penalty on legislators who fail to vote without an excuse equal to the legislative salary for that day, forfeited from their legislative subsistence provided under section 41-1104.

Defines "legislative salary for that day" as the greater of $175 or the average annual legislative salary for the five preceding years divided by the average number of days in regular session during those five years.

Requires the legislature's website to post daily beginning January 10, 2011 the roll call votes on bills, resolutions, and memorials, including the names of legislators who failed to vote and whether they were excused.
