Repeals section 41-3010.14 of Arizona Revised Statutes, effective retroactively to July 1, 2010.

Adds new section 41-3020.14 establishing that the joint legislative budget committee terminates on July 1, 2020.

Repeals Title 41, chapter 7, article 10 (the statute governing the joint legislative budget committee) on January 1, 2021.

Continues the joint legislative budget committee to ascertain facts and make recommendations to the legislature concerning fiscal matters, pursuant to existing statutory authority.
