Requires motor fuel dispensing site owners or operators to display a 3-inch by 5-inch sticker on each dispenser showing federal and state taxes imposed on one gallon of gasoline.

Sticker must be provided by the department of transportation and use contrasting colors (white lettering on black background or vice versa) placed on the upper 60 percent of each dispenser.

Department of weights and measures shall apply stickers during normal random inspections with a compliance schedule of four years from the effective date.

Template of the sticker shall be placed on the department of weights and measures' website for retailer use.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 41-2081 regarding commodity sales and weights and measures requirements.
