Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 3-123 regarding cooperative agricultural extension work.

Removes outdated language "of the universities and state college of Arizona" from the statute.

Updates the reference to "Arizona board of regents" to align with current institutional structure.

Maintains existing provisions that cooperative agricultural extension work shall consist of practical demonstrations and information sharing in agriculture and home economics through field demonstrations and publications.

Requires that extension work be conducted through mutual agreement between the Arizona board of regents and county agricultural extension boards.
