Amends section 3-108 of Arizona Revised Statutes concerning the Department of Agriculture administrative support fund.

Removes reference to section 3-554, subsection A as a source for deposits into the agriculture administrative support fund.

Maintains existing deposit requirements for monies collected under sections 3-588, 3-1084, 3-468.03, and 3-526.03 into either the administrative support fund or the citrus, fruit and vegetable revolving fund per interagency agreements.

Preserves the continuous appropriation of fund monies and exemption from appropriation lapsing provisions under section 35-190.
