Amends section 15-922 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding school district pupil transportation certification requirements.

Requires school districts to certify daily route mileage, extended school year transportation mileage, and number of eligible students transported within twelve days after the first one hundred or two hundred days in session.

Requires school districts to certify by July 15 bus inventory details (manufacturer, purchase date, price, passenger capacity, fuel type), total bus mileage, road conditions, and mileage for academic and vocational trips.

School districts must comply with these certification requirements to receive state aid, and the superintendent of public instruction may withhold apportionment if requirements are not met.

Makes technical corrections to statutory language regarding the definition of "school bus" as it applies to transportation funding and regulations.
