Amends section 15-1481 of the Arizona Revised Statutes relating to community colleges.

Makes a technical correction to the definition of "Project" by replacing the word "including" with "includes" for grammatical consistency.

Clarifies that a "Project" encompasses classrooms, residence halls, dormitories, dining halls, student unions, field houses, stadia, and other revenue-producing buildings at community college institutions along with associated sites and facilities.

Excludes provisional community college districts from the definitions of "Board" and "Institution" in the statute.
