Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 35-113 regarding submission of budget estimates by state budget units.

Changes language from singular "estimate" to plural "estimates" in the final sentence of the statute as a technical correction.

Requires budget unit heads to submit financial estimates annually for annual budget units and biennially in even-numbered years for biennial budget units, with a deadline of September 1 or up to 30 days later if approved by the director of the governor's office of strategic planning and budgeting.

Estimates must include appropriated and nonappropriated monies and be submitted with the approval of the administrative head of the budget unit.
