Amends section 43-615 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding voluntary contributions to the game, nongame, fish and endangered species fund from income tax refunds.

Changes the language establishing the fund from "pursuant to" to "by" section 17-268 for technical clarity.

Specifies that the Arizona Game and Fish Commission receives the designated contributions and transfers initial administrative costs from the fund to the state general fund.

Corrects grammatical reference from "who" to "which" when referring to the Commission's actions.

Permits taxpayers to donate amounts to the fund either from their refund, as an alternative to the refund designation, or in addition to the refund designation.
