Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 46-193 relating to the respite care for caregivers of the elderly program.

Changes terminology from "care giver" (two words) to "caregiver" (one word) throughout the statute for consistency.

Adds the word "elderly" to describe the individual receiving respite care services.

Maintains the department's authority to develop and implement a statewide respite care program and establish guidelines for distribution of monies and services.
