Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 46-300.05 regarding substance abuse treatment funded through Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) monies.

Allows the Department of Economic Security to provide substance abuse treatment services including program development, integration of activities, unfunded services, and evaluation of treatment effectiveness.

Requires that TANF monies supplement rather than replace other available revenues for substance abuse prevention and treatment services.

Prohibits use of these TANF monies for medical treatment.

Makes a technical correction to language requiring the Departments of Economic Security and Health Services to amend the state TANF plan to use temporary assistance monies as provided in the statute.
