AZ HB2104

Amends section 8-506.01 of the Arizona Revised Statutes regarding denial, suspension, revocation or change of child welfare agency licenses.

Requires the division to provide written notice of grounds for suspension, proposed denial, revocation, or other material changes in license status to the applicant or license holder.

Allows applicants or license holders to request a hearing within twenty days of receiving written notice of proposed denial, revocation, suspension, or change.

Specifies that requested hearings must be held within ten days of the request and provides the right to subpoena witnesses, present testimony, and confront witnesses.
