Changes the abandonment presumption period for traveler's checks from 3 years to 15 years after issuance.

Applies to Section 44-302, Arizona Revised Statutes, which establishes presumptions of when property is considered abandoned under Arizona unclaimed property law.

All other abandonment periods for various types of property (deposits, stocks, insurance policies, wages, etc.) remain unchanged.

Property is considered unclaimed if the owner has not communicated with the holder or indicated interest during the applicable period specified in the statute.
