Removes requirement for clerk of superior court to reproduce recorded marriage licenses in full; allows clerk to produce abstracts of marriage instead.

Abstract of marriage must include the legal name of the bride prior to marriage, the groom's name, date of marriage, and date the marriage license was recorded.

Moves provision regarding marriage license abstracts from section 12-282 (regarding custody and destruction of court records) to new section 25-130.

Amends section 12-282 to renumber subsections and remove specific reference to abstract of marriage reproduction authority from that section.
