AZ HB2125

Establishes the state board of dental examiners with six licensed dentists, two licensed dental hygienists, two public members, and one business entity member appointed by the governor for four-year terms.

Allows public members and the business entity member to participate in all board proceedings except preparing, giving, or grading licensure examinations.

Allows dental hygienist members to participate in all proceedings except preparing, giving, and grading examinations that do not relate to dental hygiene procedures.

Limits board members to no more than two consecutive terms.

Defines business entity member as not including any person licensed under dental board statutes.
