Establishes a naturopathic medical pilot program operating from September 1, 2010 through September 1, 2012, funded only through private monies and grants.

Allows the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) administration to authorize one contractor or subcontractor to refer enrolled members with chronic conditions to licensed naturopathic physicians who practice under supervision of a licensed medical doctor.

Requires naturopathic services to be within the scope of practice, provided only after consultation with the supervising physician, and authorized by the contractor or subcontractor.

Mandates the administration submit annual cost reports by December 1 of each year and a comprehensive evaluation report by December 1, 2012 with recommendations on whether to continue or expand the program.

The pilot program automatically repeals on September 30, 2013; prohibits use of federal matching monies to fund the program.
