Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 44, Chapter 11, Article 6 by adding Section 44-1698.02 regarding consumer reporting agencies.

Prohibits consumer reporting agencies from including information about accounts that a consumer paid in full and closed at least three years before the consumer report is issued.

Establishes violations of this requirement as unlawful practices under Section 44-1522.

Provides for enforcement through private civil action and by the Arizona Attorney General.
