Repeals section 41-3010.01, Arizona Revised Statutes, effective retroactively to July 1, 2010.

Adds section 41-3020.01 to establish that the state compensation fund board of directors terminates on July 1, 2020.

Provides that Title 23, chapter 6, article 5 is repealed on January 1, 2021.

Continues the state compensation fund to help employers obtain mandatory workers' compensation insurance for their employees pursuant to section 41-2955, subsection B.
