Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-1402 regarding community college district organization requirements.

Removes outdated language ("the provisions of") from the statute text as a technical correction.

Maintains the minimum primary assessed valuation requirement of $448,017,200 and minimum population of 40,000 persons (age 15+) needed to organize a community college district.

Preserves the annual adjustment mechanism for minimum assessed valuation beginning in fiscal year 1993-1994, which increases based on the percentage change in total primary assessed valuation for districts with populations under 500,000 persons.
