Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 36-125.05 regarding uniform patient reporting requirements for hospitals.

Changes the exemption from the reporting system from "hospitals providing primarily psychiatric services" to only "the state hospital."

Maintains existing requirements for hospitals to report inpatient statistical data including confinements, length of stay, charges per day and per confinement, and charges by attending physician.

Maintains existing requirements for hospital emergency departments to report outpatient service data including date of service, surgical procedures, diagnoses, and service charges.

Reporting deadlines remain August 15 for January-June data and February 15 for July-December data, with all reports subject to public inspection while protecting medical confidentiality.
