Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 20-386 regarding public inspection of insurance filings and supporting information.

Exempts trade secrets as defined under Arizona Revised Statutes title 44, chapter 4, article 1 from public inspection requirements.

Places the burden on the insurer or filer to assert to the director that information qualifies as a trade secret.

Permits persons to obtain copies of materials that remain open to public inspection upon request and payment of a reasonable charge.
