Requires the executive director to report all terminated complaints to the board at each regularly scheduled meeting.

Allows persons aggrieved by the executive director's termination decision to request board review within 30-35 days of notification, with the board reviewing and approving, modifying, or rejecting the action at its next regular meeting.
