Amends section 33-2201 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding timeshare owner's association and management act.

Replaces references to "the effective date of this chapter" with the specific date of August 12, 2005 in two instances within the statute.

Applies to all timeshare plans, timeshare property, and associations in Arizona established on or after August 12, 2005.

Also applies to timeshare plans, timeshare property, and associations established before August 12, 2005 unless the timeshare instrument provides otherwise.

Establishes that this chapter governs over other statutes when there is any conflict regarding the operation and management of timeshare plans, property, or associations in Arizona.
