Requires all public schools in Arizona to conduct instruction for at least 180 days each school year

Directs the Superintendent of Public Instruction to adjust all school funding formulas to reflect the 180-day instruction requirement

Requires the Department of Education to adjust state aid distributed to school districts to correspond with the increased number of school days

Removes the previous definition that allowed "180 days" to mean an equivalent number of instructional minutes spread over a different number of days approved by local governing boards
