Amends section 28-984 of the Arizona Revised Statutes regarding school bus inspections.

Requires each school bus registered in Arizona to be inspected at least annually according to rules adopted pursuant to section 28-900.

Mandates that school district superintendents have all district-owned school buses inspected, and that owners of privately-owned school buses have their buses inspected.

Specifies that initial inspection must occur when a school bus is first registered in the state.

Assigns enforcement authority to the Department of Public Safety.
