HB 2206 - Incest; Classification

• Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-3608 to clarify that a person at least 18 years of age who knowingly commits incest is guilty of the offense.

• Establishes incest as a class 2 felony when the other person is a minor under 15 years of age.

• Establishes incest as a class 3 felony when the other person is a minor at least 15 years of age.

• Establishes incest as a class 4 felony when the other person is at least 18 years of age.
